Terms & Conditions

1. Once order is comfirmed, no sudden back out or sudden mia (otherwise, BLACKLISTED)

2. No payment = No product / order

4. Items sold are strictly non refundable.

6. If you are unable to wait for our caps, a fee of $2 will be charged and sold as instocks

7. Use order form to order from us

8. Meetups are to our convenience only. Additional costs will be added for other venues , additional costs no more than $5.

9. You can collect and pay for instocks on the same day , not possible for preorders.

10. For preorders , payment must be made in full amount before we process your order.

11. If supplier MIA , rockercult will not be responsible.

12. If 2 or more buyers are interested in the same products in Instocks , bidding will occur.

13. We do not reserve items unless you pay 50% of the amount within 1 week of the purchase.

14. If you don't make payment within 1 week and do not tell us beforehand , we will assume you've BACKEDOUT and you will be Blacklisted

15. Purchases usually take more priority over swapping , so you can also purchase a pending for swap item.

Meetups

Meetups are only available on Tuesdays to Saturdays

If the meetup place is very far away, bank transfer would be an option :)

Meetups only at Pasir Ris Crest Secondary School, Tampines Secondary School, Loyang Valley (Condo), Greenview Secondary, Hai Sing Catholic Secondary / E!hub / Downtown East

Meetups at other places would be charged accordingly (transportation fees are paid by you)

DO NOT BE LATE ! if you are late, there will be consequences

Grace period of 5 minutes
1. ≤ 5 mins - No Charge
2. ≤ 10 mins - $2
3. ≤ 15 mins - $2.50
4. ≤ 20 mins - $3.50
5. ≤ 30 mins - $4.50

you will automatically be our member if you spent more than $30. We will give you a member code no. and you will have to state the number when you purchase any items to enjoy a 5% discount, excpet selected items. (this code number, only you can use it. we will check.) you will get a free gift when you become our member and membership lasts for 1 year. you will need to pay additioinal fees to continue being member (we will tell you when you ask to extend your membership)
